Safe. Heard. Seen. is a therapy and psychoeducation practice for children and teenagers (ages 8–18), university students and young adults (18–27), and parents/carers who want to better understand and support their children's emotional world.
Safe. Heard. Seen. brings together clinical therapy, developmental knowledge, and accessible psychoeducation, so that young people can thrive, and the adults around them can be equipped to help.
UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
A non-judgmental, confidential space for young adults navigating the pressures of university life, early adulthood, and everything in between. Whether you are struggling with your mental health, trying to figure out who you are, or simply carrying more than people realise — this space is for you. Concession rates available for students experiencing financial hardship.
PARENTS AND CARERS
Support sessions for parents and carers who want to better understand their child's emotional world and feel more equipped to help. Drawing on developmental psychology, attachment theory, and neuroscience — in plain, accessible language — these sessions give you insight, practical tools, and a space to be honest about the challenges of parenting. Available as standalone sessions or alongside your child's therapy.
GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS
Not everyone needs one-to-one therapy. Sometimes what people need is good information, shared space, and the tools to understand themselves and the young people around them. Safe. Heard. Seen. offers small group workshops (3–12 people) and bespoke sessions for schools, universities, and organisations — grounded in evidence and designed to be genuinely useful.

Free Initial Consultation
Not sure where to start? That is completely normal.
Every service at Safe. Heard. Seen. begins with a free 15-minute consultation — a no-pressure conversation to talk through what you are looking for, ask any questions, and see whether we feel like a good fit. There is no obligation and no jargon. Just an honest conversation.
